Review: WorldCard Contacts

I’ve been using this app for a few days and finally manage to drop a review. From the guys who brought us WorldCard Mobile App, Penpower Technology, comes WorldCard Contacts great for organizations or individuals that have a lot of business cards and cannot have the hassle of card binders and carrying around a stack of cards.

WorldCard Contacts is an innovative contacts management tool that combines all of your contacts with images of business cards. You will be able to either search contacts, call, send SMS, send email, browse websites and even check the map for locations once you upload the information. Integrates well with WorldCard Mobile App (sold seperately) to easily add business card contacts by taking a photo of the card.

Features:

  • Easily create contact groups, to quickly sort and find contacts (work / family / school / clients / etc)
  • View contacts in either “List Mode” (Similar to the native contact list, except with added photo and company information) or Card Mode (Scroll through your business card book with full card images). All with a quick search function to pinpoint the contact you need rapidly.
  • Make a call, send a text message or email, browse to the company’s website, and pinpoint them on a map with simple one button access.
  • Works just like the native contacts application from the iPhone including favorites, recent calls, and keypad access.
  • Support Data exchange and backup function(Open In/ import /Export / iTunes File Sharing)

Overall this is a great app, and relieves the effort it might take to go through that card binder or the stacks and stacks of business cards you have. I found that WorldCard Contacts works great with WorldCard Mobile App. It just makes it all simply and easy. WorldCard Contact is available on the AppStore for $3.99 (£2.39).
