There are a number of fantastic services available at your fingertips and booking any of them in is just a finger swipe away. You want the pest control team round after some wasps have invaded your attic, it could be that you want to have your boiler repaired because you have no hot water or you may just be after a professional dog walker to help you out during a busy day.
GoFantastic is an app that has a database of many fantastic representatives on hand and ready to help. Experts in the cleaning sector are available right away and they can help you out with domestic cleaning like a full spring clean, end of tenancy cleaning, window cleaning and garage clear outs.
Experts are also available through this app in the gardening sector; so anyone wanting a lawn mower man, garden earth turned over, hedge trimmed, roots culled or patio designed and erected then GoFantastic will have the experts at your fingertips. There are also plenty of fencers available too.
There are a number of other sectors where you can find people who can provide a service like plumbing, furniture assembly, garden design, bush surgery and basic decoration. Also the app will give you a chance to locate the local handyman providing electrical services, barbecue or pool cleaning and many, many more.
The application will also put you in touch with house removal teams, roofing repair specialists and pet sitters. All the technicians and service personnel are highly skilled and certified and you can easily manage your regular bookings on the app by editing, deleting and rearranging a series of jobs to be booked. Your dog walker may be needed every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays while you are away on a midweek three-month course or your pool may need to be cleaned every four weeks during the summer. GoFantastic has many payment methods and even a customer service operative providing round-the-clock support by voice or chat.
BOOKING A SERVICE USING THE APP
To book a service, it is quite easy and detailed. Let me run through the steps of booking a cleaning service. Firstly tap on the ‘book’ tab at the bottom left within the app, this takes you to a screen which list the services that the company offers. Tap ‘cleaning’ and this will open even more of a specified list of the type of cleaning you’re after.
Let’s go for ‘domestic cleaning’, once you tap that you are then taken to another screen, where you can add you’re address. Once that’s done we select how often we want the services. You have the options of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and once. Let’s go for a one off clean, tap ‘proceed’, this takes us to the option of specifying the number and types of rooms we want to clean. Lets go for 1 bedroom and 1 kitchen and hit ‘proceed’. We are then able to choose if we want a light clean or a deep clean. I want a light clean, hit proceed.
The app will then give the suggestions of how many hours it will take to do the cleaning. You can increase or decrease the hours. Once that’s done tap proceed. We can now choose if the cleaner uses detergent or not. tap proceed and now we can set which day we would like the cleaner to turn up. Select the date and time and tap proceed. The next screen shows what the cost will be for the cleaning and also shows us the options we have chosen. Tap the ‘book the service’ and you will be able to pay by card or cash. Tap pay by cash and you will get a pop up to say your service have been booked. That’s it, all you have to do now is put the kettle on and put your feet up.
