Pack with information and easy to follow make this well worth the download. This is the free version of the widely popular iOS app and contains over 400+ exercises with detailed descriptions, animations and an assortment of workouts. In this version this already contains more content and features than all the other paid apps out there. The paid version cost only £22.99 and contains over 1700 exercises, great videos, metric tracking and loads more.
