Fitbit – FREE: Well, this app had to be in the list. The Fitbit watch have become increasing popular in the fitness market. The great thing about this app is you can use it as a standalone. Map My Walk – FREE: For those who aren’t a big fan of running, it’s good to know that the right amount of walking can be just as effective as running at a distant. Fitness Buddy – FREE: This one is the most detailed from the list. Pack with information and easy to follow make this well worth the download. This is the free version of the widely popular iOS app and contains over 400+ exercises with detailed descriptions, animations and an assortment of workouts. In this version this already contains more content and features than all the other paid apps out there. The paid version cost only £22.99 and contains over 1700 exercises, great videos, metric tracking and loads more.
