Former Android-only title Battleplans drops down in App Store

battleplansIf you’ve heard Android users raving over real-time strategy game Battleplans, only to realise it isn’t available for your Apple products, you’re now in luck. As of this week, the beautifully animated title will be available, for free, for iOS and Android platforms.

The main premise of the game revolves around attacking the game-narrative ‘Skulls’ and also tackling players around the globe. In a bid to reclaim your kingdom, you must defend territories from rivals with your own cunningly devised defence plots.

Battleplans - 05

Given the real-time element of Battleplans, it’s pretty impossible for you to tire of the game, given the scope for continual competition in a vast array of countries – you have to keep striving to be the best.

For days when you’re feeling off your game, you can also replay your previous game to see where any holes in your defence have arisen. The meticulous planning process requires heavy strategy to implement properly and attack foes.

With an array of different characters, you can power through with each to hone their special attacks for each hero. Get good enough at that and you can reap the rewards by pillaging territories to steal their resources.

Speaking of the game, CEO of En Masse Entertainment -Sam Kim – writes: ”Battleplans provides a fresh, new spin on real-time strategy games and fills a need in the marketplace.

“Players will find themselves immediately getting to the

fun elements of an RTS with easy controls to build heroes and squads, as well as scalable resource management – all of which lends for a great experience while trying to outsmart your enemies.”

Available now, for free, from the App Store for iOS platforms.
