Keep an organized life can be difficult at times, especially if you’re a person that finds it hard to get on top of stuff and manage your day to day activities. A clear example of that is me. I always wake up with the best intentions and want to get things done. However, I find myself thinking that there aren’t enough hours in the day, it just feels really short. It’s been a long time since I actually complete all my task I set out to do during the day. With work and other family commitments, it’s generally impossible. I have been lucky to have come across an app call Lifease – Smart Organizer developed by VigStore.
Lifease is an organizer for your tasks, events and notes. It’s a calendar app with more features and options than your standard iOS calendar. You can integrate your contacts that make it easy for you organize your family or work colleagues. You can set timers on task to ensure you complete them on time. If you have a task or an event in the location your in the app will show you on a map so you are certain to not miss it. This saves getting frustrated knowing you were at the store where you needed to purchase some computer equipment but you left before getting then, believe me, it happens. The task within the app can also be synced with Google task and built-in reminders. The app also backup your data just in case you accidentally lose it. The app also has a built-in weather forecast so you can plan your task or event according to the weather.
Lifease is fairly easy to use. It’s just like a calendar but with much more features. Once you open the app you have 5 tabs at the bottom of the screen, 4 are the most important, agenda, tasks, contact and notes. The 5th tab is more where you get extended of features and options. In the agenda tab, you can set an event. Here you are able to add a title, select the start date and time, compile a checklist, add links or attachments, invite contacts through email and set an alert so you know when it’s due. you can then choose if the event is business or family related. It’s the same options in the task tab.
I could spend all the time writing about the app but there is no better way than to try it yourself. The app cost $11.99 but you will be a lot more organized, I can tell you that. The free/busy option is my favourite, it shows me just how much time I have left in a day to complete a task.
